The 2024 Oscar Nominated Short Films program offers viewers the rare opportunity to experience the year’s best short films from across the globe, collected together in this special cinematic showcase courtesy of Shorts HD and Magnolia Pictures!

THE WAR IS OVER: INSPIRED BY THE MUSIC OF JOHN & YOKO(Directed by Dave Mullins / 2023 / USA / 11 min)Set in an alternate WWI reality where a senseless war rages on, two soldiers on opposite sides of the conflict play a joyful game of chess. A heroic carrier pigeon delivers the soldiers' chess moves over the battlefield as the fighting escalates.
