Lift Every Voice

O Cinema is dedicated to ensuring that the stories on our screen reflect the rich and diverse fabric of our community. Our Lift Every Voice program celebrates South Florida’s cultural diversity through films, discussions, and events that honor our differences and recognize our commonalities. Films that highlight the experience of People of Color, the LGBTQ community, and the Caribbean diaspora are regularly showcased throughout the year as part of our first-run engagements and special one-off screenings. Often presented in collaborations with our partner organizations, Lift Every Voice is made possible with the support of the National Endowment for the Arts.
